Business Market Unit

Our goal is to foster a sense of community here, to actively create community connectivity by bringing together Fort Washingtonian neighbors with local businesses, organizations, and church groups, to encourage lasting relationships in a vibrant community.

 

We create opportunities for all segments of our residents to meet and play, and to create a sense of community identity by drawing out the great resources at our fingertips. Whether it’s a guided nature walk in our trails and woodlands, a bike ride with friends and neighbors, or a fun night out at a concert in the park, Business Market Unit strives to give Fort Washingtonians a fresh way to delight in our locale.

Hi,

We are excited to invite you to be a part of the Celebrate Fort Washington Festival on October 5th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM! This vibrant community event will be held at Cady Dr., and we would love to showcase your products or services. This event will be a "Downtown for Day" concept, as we align with the county to help create a downtown for Fort Washington. 


Event Details:

  • Date: October 5, 2024

  • Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Location: Cady Dr. (street closure)

Vendor Fee:

  • For Businesses: Free, Donation towards raffle for the community

  • For Nonprofits and Service Providers: Free


This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with the local community, increase your visibility, and connect with potential customers. The festival promises a lively atmosphere with a variety of activities and entertainment for all ages. We will have musical bands/performers, rock climbing wall and other kid-friendly activities, pedestrian walk-way design and environmental demonstration pop-ups. 


Spaces are limited to 35, so we encourage you to respond promptly.
